Bantu Migration

Bantu, a linguistically related group, beginning in about 1000BC and ending sometime int the 3rd or 4th century AD, was one of the largest migrated groups in human history. The Bantu language probably spread from the Nigeria-Cameroon Broder over much of Africa south of the Sahara. Almost all the Bantu people living in Kenya speak of ta migration from up North. Other sources report that the following bantu people, the Luhyu, Baganda, Nyarwanda, Rundi of Burinidi, Kikuyu, and Zulu all claim a southernly migration from Egypt.
